Please note that as we are having some
building work done, West Henaford will not be available from 9th September 2011.
Work should be completed well in time for the 2012 season starting at Easter but we will not be taking confirmed bookings
for 2012 until the work is completed just in case. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may
cause

When availability is confirmed, you have 2 options:

Alternatively you may wish to email me the completed
booking form
with a confirmation in the email that you agree to the terms and
conditions, and you can either pay your deposit by clicking on the
relevant button on the payments page, or I can
email you an invoice that can be paid on-line by credit card, or you can
send a cheque as above.

(15% for bookings for next year) with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. (100% payable when
booked within 2 months of holiday)
Insurance
You are advised to obtain holiday insurance in
case of cancellation; it is very inexpensive - typically between £8 and £30. Please
